In 2023 Ive unfortunately had a number of terrible customer service experienced at other restaurants but it is a relief that every time we have ordered here everything was just fine. We have ordered here a few times over the past 3 months and each experience was to be expected. From online ordering to picking up in the store the process was seamless. We were greeted each time we entered the shop and our pizzas were hot and ready. Also, I did take notice to the cooking/ prep area each time I visited and it seemed to be very well organized and clean.
My kids and I love Papa Johns. It's not as greasy as Pizza Hut deep dish. I decided to try the new Papadia today. It was ok. I think I should have gotten a pizza with the same ingredients. The size was ok, could have been bigger. Paid 8.14 with a 20oz drink.
Papa John's Pizza is in town on Imperial. All the main pizza places are in town...and we are about 8-9 miles out of town. Papa John's is the only pizza place that delivers out here. There is a $3.99 delivery charge but it's nice to get a hot pizza when you call. I've never had a Papa John's Pizza before. But we thought we'd try it. It took about 40 minutes to get the delivery. The person who helped me on the phone was very nice and helpful. The pizza was hot when it arrived and it took no time to pay by credit card. The pizza had adequate cheese and sauce. The crust was a bit soft. I didn't like the pizza. The flavor was not what I liked and there was so much sauce the cheese slid on top of it. However, my husband liked it. He liked that they had more sauce. We heated two slices on fresh pizza setting in our toaster oven to get the bottom drier. It helped the texture of the bottom but didn't change the flavor. I'm not sure we will order from Papa John's again. We can always pick up a pizza while we are in town from another pizza place. If we do, I may try the thin crust and less sauce to see if it will be better.
I went to Papa Johns Pizza to order for take-out. It was nice. I enjoyed the fresh made pizza and the short wait was worth it.
